Jupiter River Estates

Jupiter River Estates is a waterfront community located on the north fork of the Loxahatchee River in Martin County in Jupiter, Florida.  The real estate consists of single-family homes and estates built between 1977 and 2003. Homes on oversized lots are common in the community and those built along the river have private docks, which provide residents with quick river access. Interior homes feature creek, pool, or garden views.  The Jupiter River Estates neighborhood has a sub-community called the Moorings where you can find Mediterranean-style houses that are relatively smaller in comparison to the large Jupiter riverfront estates. In this part of the neighborhood, homeowner’s association fees are mandatory.

Jupiter River Estates homes for sale feature three to six bedroom homes with floor sizes ranging from 2,724 square feet to 5,315 square feet of air-conditioned living space. Home amenities include hot tubs, swimming pools, and wide water views. Many of the older homes were already remodeled and now boast modern amenities.

Jupiter River Estates is just five minutes away from the Jonathan Dickinson Park and 20 minutes away by boat to the Jupiter Inlet. Comparable communities include Compass Island, Pennock Point, and Bay Harbor.
